How can I get Free Shipping?

We offer free shipping to the European Union countries on all orders over 300€ (VAT not included). For orders shipped to Peninsular Spain and Balearic Islands, shipping will be free for all orders over 175€ (VAT not included).

Orders shipped to the Canary Islands, Melilla and Ceuta over 250€ (VAT not included) will also benefit form fee shipping.


Can you ship an order to my country?

We can send our products all over the world. Howveer, some countries do not appear on the list of countries that you will find when entering your shipping information. This is because we only have fixed transport costs to certain places.
For other countries we must ask for a quote from our transport company, to obtain the best offer available at that moment in time. Therefore if you would like to place an order with us all you need to do is to send us the list of products you want by email to and we will reply as soon as possible.

*Please send us the product list to place an order for shipments to Busingen and Heligoland (Germany), Mount Athos (Greece), Livigno, Campione d’Italia and Lake Lugano (Italy).


How much are the transport costs?

The prices indicated are exworks and subject to change without notice.
The transport is prepaid by Madinter Trade, S.L. and the costs are added on to the invoice.

To obtain an estimate of the shipping costs, we provide a tool that you can find in your shopping cart. This tool will inform you of the shipping costs based on your postal code and weight of the selected products.

Orders are sent via transport company Correos Express for destinations within Spain, and via FedEx for other countries.
Shipping fees do not include the taxes or duties of your country. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

We cannot use the postal service for sending our merchandise because they do not supply us with the corresponding export document. This document is a legal requirement for an exporting company such as Madinter.


What if my order is damaged during transport?

All shipments are insured. Any damage produced during transport must be claimed within 24 hours of the receipt of the goods. Take a photo of the product and send it with your personal data and your order number to


Can I return or exchange a product?

We are sure of the quality of our products, but if you wish to return any one to us you are able to do it, with the transport costs prepaid, within 15 days of the receipt of your order. We offer the possibility to send a replacement or return your money to you.

If we have made a mistake in your order we shall correct the error at no charge.
We cannot accept returned products that have been manipulated, or transformed in any way.

Once the product has been received in our warehouses it will be checked, we will proceed to either send the replacement or return the money.
