A StewMac Original, the Notched Straightedge allows you to accurately check the flatness of your fingerboard, quickly measure neck relief, locate problem areas, and determine if truss rod adjustments are necessary.

2-in-1 tool: Not only is it great for checking the flatness of your fingerboard but you can also use it to check your fret leveling by placing it directly on top of the frets.

Made in the USA of German/Austrian stainless steel. You won't find this level of quality with cheap knockoffs!

Each of our straightedges go through a rigorous 13-step manufacturing process that guarantees accuracy to +/- .0015" per foot.

These straightedges are extremely precise, heavy duty, and designed to handle a lifetime of use in your shop. Before each one gets shipped, it's personally inspected before leaving the factory.

Machined from ultra-high-grade stainless steel, our StewMac Notched Straightedge won't bend or dent as easily as the aluminum straightedges on the market. The satin finish allows you to mark it with a pencil in order to make notes or to compare one guitar's setup to another.
